WMYSL 2010 Registration Information

Registration Instructions:

1. Payment must accompany the registration forms, or the forms will be returned.
2. The registration forms must be signed by a parent or guardian.
3. Checks are to be made payable to: “WMYSL”.
4. Registrations are due on or before June 30, 2010.
5. Please add a Late Fee on all registrations mailed after June 30 2010.
6. Players registering after July 31 2010 will be placed on a waiting list.
7. Please mail the forms & payment to:

Players on our recreational teams are placed on teams based on the player’s age after 7/31.

AGE GROUPS
U6     6th Birthday AFTER 7/31/10       
U8     8th Birthday AFTER 7/31/10      
U10 10th Birthday AFTER 7/31/10     
U12 12th Birthday AFTER 7/31/10
U14 14th Birthday AFTER 7/31/10    

WMYSL Recreation Volunteer Program
Our recreational soccer program is composed entirely of volunteers, so we always need parental assistance. We request that you make the SERVICE COMMITMENT in one of the positions listed on the registration form. In lieu of your service commitment, please include the $50 fee for opting out of service.

TEAM SPONSORS have also assisted in keeping down our registration fees. Sponsorships are $300. If you would like to sponsor a team, please see the Sponsors page and so indicate on the registration form.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO DOGS ARE PERMITTED ON ANY SCHOOL GROUNDS (A CALIFORNIA STATE LAW)
